Crockpot Loaded Baked Potato Soup 🥔🥓🧀
Ultra creamy, cheesy, and super easy.
Ingredients :
• 1 bag (32 oz) frozen hash browns
• 1 box (32 oz) chicken broth
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
• ¾ cup bacon bits
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions :
1.Add hash browns, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits to the crockpot.
2.Season with salt and pepper.
3.Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
4.Stir well until creamy and smooth.
5.Serve hot with extra cheese and bacon on top if desired.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 3 hours
Servings: 6–8
