Dreaming of Sentinels

I signed up for the Karaoke Superstar Contest. I've never done Karaoke in my life, so why not start now right? LOL LMAO So poor Rodney put up with me going every time I had to move up to the next level. There were 60 of us at the start and they chose eight, and I was one of the eight. Do you believe it? I'm still in shock. I think Rod paid them. LOL Anyhow, here are two shots of me on the stage for the finals. Needless to say I didn't win. Someone that was great did. God, he was good. I sang Sweet Dreams and had a blast when I got done being so nervous. You have to click on the pictures to even see me in them. We need a new camera.

Yes, you read that right. Every day we received a towel animal on our bed and we took pictures of some of them. So I'm sharing them with you. Lucky you.

We had a total blast and I don't want to bore you with any of the details, but I will tell you that we were two of 2,500 people who actually wore sunblock and didn't get tan. LOL Everyone one else was tan or burned to a crisp. Rod and I really enjoyed our Anniversary. ( Mexico )
