I signed up for the Karaoke Superstar Contest. I've never done Karaoke in my life, so why not start now right? LOL LMAO So poor Rodney put up with me going every time I had to move up to the next level. There were 60 of us at the start and they chose eight, and I was one of the eight. Do you believe it? I'm still in shock. I think Rod paid them. LOL Anyhow, here are two shots of me on the stage for the finals. Needless to say I didn't win. Someone that was great did. God, he was good. I sang Sweet Dreams and had a blast when I got done being so nervous. You have to click on the pictures to even see me in them. We need a new camera.

Rod was impressed too. I'm basically very shy, so it was sort of hard to do. I forced myself to do it. But it turned out to be fun and the other seven people we met were so talented and we really nice. I was so glad I went through with it. :)

I was scared to death, let me tell you. LOL Rod said he could see me shaking. So it wasn't a relaxing experience. LOL I'm glad I did it though.

It was actually fun, scary fun. LOL The people we met through it were so kind and sweet, that it was worth it for just that. We really did have fun. Rod was such a trooper. I had to go through six or eight different nights getting to the finals and he just went to all of them without pausing. He's such a good man.
