About In to a bar assignment.

I'm writing a story for in to a bar community and just got my assignment and have been smiling ever since. I'm going to have a blast. It's such a fun community. I'm glad I'm doing it. Did anyone else love theirs?

I never write for it but I have LOVED some of the fic that comes out of it.

Well, until I wrote the handful of short things I have written this spring for Heated Rivalry, I had not written any fanfic at all since 2017.

So I have not felt like writing in a long long time.

Crossovers are rarely my thing anyway and I don't really watch enough TV to know what the new fandoms are generally, and certainly not enough to write for them.

But I have definitely enjoyed reading the fic in years past.

I signed up for this as well. Haven't looked to see what my assignment is yet. I'm struggling to write at the moment because I'm so tired.

Well I looked at my assignment. It's going to be interesting as I don't think I've written any thing with Elaine from due South before.

I think my tiredness is partly time of life and also the fact that it's almost the end of the school year.

It is called Into a Bar. It's your favorite character who walks into a bar and meets someone from another favorite show. Mine is Jim Ellison from the Sentinel. He will meet someone from Will Trent. I've having more fun with it.
