24. What are you watching this month that you are enjoying?

I'm watching Will Trent and High Potential on Hulu. And the Rookie. Hulu has a lot of series. They also have movies that we watch now and then.

We watched a movie on HBO called Dead of Winter. If it were any slower, it would have been going backwards. Mind you, we watched the entire thing, but I got so cold watching. It was filmed in Minnesota during winter. I'm originally from Iowa, and I left because it was too cold, and I never looked back. Anyhow, back to the movie, it had Emma Thompson in it. As always, she was excellent. I didn't care for the ending, but life is like that.

Is anyone watching Dark Winds? We love it. It only has 8 episodes for this season. That's not enough. Will Trent will have 18 episodes. That's more like it. Does anyone have any Dark Wind icons? I only have this one? I would love one with Joe (Zahn)

I watch The Rookie too, although I haven't heard of the other ones you mentioned.

Will Trent is on the same channel as the Rookie. So is High Potential. I highly recommend both of them. They're so good.

Nothing new. Re-watching older television shows: Air Wolf, Hannibal and a few others. I don't binge watch shows. 1 a day or week.

I let Netflix go. So, no Dark Winds for me.

Do you have AMC on cable? If you do, you can watch it there.

No cable or satellite. My house literally sits on a blackout zone. Even GPS leads people to my neighbor's house.

I watch Will Trent. It's been a little low on the Will content this year. I'm hoping that changes. I'll also be glad when Angie finally has that baby. I didn't know they'd even let a pregnant woman out in the field once she's that far along.

I love Dark Winds. I'm also glad that they're all three back together this season. I didn't much care for the division last year with Bern at the border and Joe and Chee working by themselves. I'm hoping Emma comes back to Joe, but he really did push the limits. I adore Zahn McClarnon. He's such a great actor.

I want more, Will, too. I missed last night's because of the State of the Union. I'm going to watch it on Hulu this afternoon. It's supposed to be five months along and then desk duty. But what do I know? I think they're going to kill her husband off. He has a new series and has heard it's really good. Do you like Will with Angie or not?

I agree about Dark Winds. I love the three main characters. I hope Emma and Joe get back together soon, too. Zahn is a great actor. There are only 8 episodes. I hope they renew it for more. We hope, we hope.

Well, I hope they don't kill off Angie's husband. I think he's been good for her. She's never been this stable and she's had enough grief in her life. I don't think Angie and Will are a good match. They're co-dependent and toxic for one another. I think it's much better if they remain friends instead.

Dark Winds is definitely an intriguing show. I love how it weaves in the supernatural elements with the main story. I love that it's gained so much popularity.

Dark Winds is one of the shows my mom and I are watching, but via library DVDs, so we're caught up, but will have to wait a bit for the current season to finish airing, then come out on DVD and for the library to buy it. Luckily with AMC titles, it's usually pretty quick.

Right now, we are swapping back and forth through our big Stargate franchise rewatch, Christmas movies we wanted to rewatch (because we couldn't get ahold of any of them in December), Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, A Touch of Frost, Endeavour, & Happy Valley. We're not sure if we're going to continue with Happy Valley or not though.

We've also recently finished/gotten up-to-date on Brokenwood Mysteries, George Gently, Legend (Richard Dean Anderson's 1 season western series), and rewatched The Goonies (it was a milestone prize on the library's walking challenge).

(It sounds like A LOT, but we watch 2 or 3 episodes of a show a night and the British detective shows we watch only have 4 to 6 episodes a season. The last season of George Gently only had 2 episodes:(. )

On my own time, I've been speed running through all 4 seasons of The Boys & I finally watched Secretary.

George Gently. I want to see that. Where do you watch it? Someone told me and I forgot. I’m such a spaz. You’ve been watching a lot of television. I love tv.

I know it streams on Acorn, I'm not sure where else. Personally, we watched all 8 seasons via dvds from the library. It's a great show.

We definitely watch a lot of TV. I used to watch a lot more when I was housesitting nonstop, but our antenna only picks up 4 channels on a good day and I don't want to run the DVD player nonstop, lol. TV is fun :)

I love to be entertained. So, I love television. I might try to get DVDs from the library.
