22. What is your favourite writing implement – a fountain pen, ballpoint pen, pencil or something else?

A friend of mine gave me a thick retractable pencil that is thick lead. It's a mechanical pencils. I've never seen one before but I love it. I mean a thick one. I can erase mistakes. Yay! But other then that I use a fine point gel pen. I have four different kinds. And I use legal pads like crazy. And there are post-it notes all over everything. It may be a weird system but it works. Oh the thick pencil is called Paper Mate Handwriting. For 5 of them and extra lead they cost 3.49. Can't beat that.p

It's nice to hear that you still handwrite things. I'm a huge fan of notes and lists :D

So am I. Although with my tremors. It's getting harder. Oh well, life goes on.

I like pencils too, although mine are just the regular wooden kind that need to be sharpened.

These ones are shaped oddly. But they're easier for me to hold on to, with my tremors. So, I'm grateful.

Hmm, I have never liked handwriting. I preferred a typewriter or word processer.

Now, I use my tablet.

When I did write, ball point pen.

I also like using my computer or I pad. Whatever works for me.

I never used one until I got this one. I love it too.

I'd never thought of using them until another artist told me she used them herself. (This is one example of why we need community, as well as demonstrating learning never stops.)

As I look at my horde of writing implements, all I can think of is, how could I choose from amongst my babies? Lol. Honestly, what writing implement I favor varies greatly on what I'm doing. For everyday writing though, it's whatever pen withstands the death grip I hold it in while writing. I just threw a pen away that finally ran out of ink after I'm not sure how many month of use and it was nearly bent in half.

That sounds like a very solid pencil though.

It's a very good pencil. I collect pens. I must have 50 pens in my office. 😁🌹
