25. It’s Burn’s Night – a night to celebrate Robert Burns and all things Scottish. Do you like Scotch whisky, or prefer Irish Whiskey? I'm going to list a few things about Robert Burns.

I don't like whiskey, period. But I've heard that Scottish Whisky is the best.

I found a poem by Robert Burns that struck a chord in me. It's A Grace Before Dinner, and I named Bless Us With Content after it. :-)

O thou who kindly dost provide
For every creature's want!
We bless Thee, God of Nature wide,
For all Thy goodness lent:
And if it please Thee, Heavenly Guide,
May never worse be sent;
But , whether granted, or denied,
Lord, bless us with content. Amen!
