Don't even get me started on The Glades. And Paramount with Joe Pickett. If you have Paramount, check it out. It's two seasons, I loved it, and they canceled it. EEEkkkkk.
Forever with Ioan Gruffudd was great and I was angry and disappointed when it was canceled, but since then, I've learned a lot more about him as a person that makes watching it very difficult. The same goes for other shows & movies he's been in. I can say the same for other celebs too. It's so difficult to enjoy a show or movie when the lead is an absolutely horrible human being in real life.
Maybe, but if I recall correctly, there were things going on at the network behind the scenes at the time that led to a lot of shows being canceled or forced to make changes.
It is, as some of my favorite shows & movies have been ruined as a result. It's also influenced shows & movies I watch in the future, whether they are older or brand new.
I've seen a lot of stuff about Heated Rivalry on my Tumblr dash. It looks good, although I don't know if I'll ever watch it because I don't have HBO. I enjoy seeing fans so excited over it, though.
I enjoy seeing the naughty gifs on Tumblr. 😉 Maybe I'll watch someday, although I'm not much into sports-related stuff. I've got my hands full with Miami Vice right now, too. And I'm dreading what's going to happen when the finale of Good Omens comes out, because if I get back into them again, I will have too many plates in the air! LOL.
Good luck with deciding who you’ll be writing about. I’ve never seen Good Omens after the first episode. Wasn’t my cup of tea. I don’t know why. Maybe I’ll give it another look see. Do you know where I can find it?
It'll be interesting! LOL. Good Omens is actually too big of a fandom, though. For some reason, that makes me less inspired. Maybe because there's already so much out there. And Miami Vice is too tiny, there's almost no fic, and if I want to read it, I have to write it myself. 😁
Good Omens is on Amazon Prime. If you didn't care for the first season, you might prefer the second. I know I enjoyed the first, but really fell in love with the second. First is plot driven and I only really cared about the parts with Aziraphale and Crowley. The second is very shippy and all the stuff fans love. They are very different.
I am so upset about Almost Human, because they released it in a random order. Karl Urban (the human half of the duo.) Explained how the story felt disjointed, because it wasn't released as scripted.
