I just saw One For the Money at the theater.

What a total disappointment for mom,my sister,Mary and myself. I'm giving nothing away except to say, if you want to see a good movie, stay home and rent one. This one sucked,big time. My mom wanted to see it and at this time of her life, there is little I wouldn't do. WE never laughed once. It was cheaply made and it showed. The casting was horrible. There was nothing about it, that reminded you of the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. I'm just so unhappy about this. :( Dang it anyhow.

I was so hoping that the movie would be good, but it was a waste of time and money. It's such a shame. I love that first book. But then again, this is just my opinion. :)

I'm so sorry to hear this. Someone on one of the lists I belong to gave it a good review, and yes, he'd read all the books.

It's sad when they don't do justice to a favorite book. Sort of makes you wish they'd just left it alone.

Glad your mom was at least able to go to the movies. I just wish it had been to see something she enjoyed. :-(

She was very disappointed. But as I said to Grey, this is just my opinion. I"ve read posts at IMDB that a lot of people liked it. I can't imagine, but that proves that there are different strokes for different folks. LOL

People at IMDB posting board are all saying how much they loved it and how funny it was. I swear we were at a different movie. lol Oh well, it worth a look see, I just wish we would have all had the sense to walk out. It was that horrible.
