pattroseEgg and yeast bread.
2 eggs + 1/4 cup butter
3 TBSP sugar + 3 1/3 cups milk
1 TBSP Instant dry yeast
6 2/3 cups all purpose flour OR wheat flour
2 egg yolks for spreading on top of your bread

Mix until smooth
no kneading, rest until double in size
Scoop into = 2 PANS
Brush on 2 egg yolks
Oven 350 F - Bake for 35 min.
