More bad news.
Apr. 11th, 2026 09:23 pmMy sister-in-law in New Mexico called to tell me she has intestinal canceÅ™. More tests are coming before they discuss the treatment. But they did tell her it's bad. She's been going to see her regular doctor for two years, with pain and some other symptoms. Without doing any tests, the doctor told her she has IBS and to learn to live with the pain. She started fainting, and my brother Paul took her to the ER. They got her right in. Did some X-rays and blood work. She was so anemic, they were shocked she was walking around. They set up a colonoscopy for the following day. That's when they found the problem. It's a good-sized area, and they explained that there would be more tests before they could do surgery. I feel so bad for Josie. And her hubby, too. I hope they'll know something soon. Please keep them in your thoughts.
