Rec-ing a movie...

I just saw a film called Maiden Heist. A small Indy film, I believe, and it was well worth watching. I smiled and laughed during most of it. Christopher Walken, Morgan Freeman and William H. Macy are the main people in it and they rocked. In my opinion, of course. I think the woman's name was Marcia Gay Harden? Does this sound familiar? It's just a wonderful little movie that doesn't have any real action, just acting. And in my eyes, that's worth a lot. I loved Christopher Walken in it, because he doesn't play his normal freaky self. Okay, maybe he does, but I loved him in it. Morgan Freeman is just Morgan Freeman. Great to watch and even better to listen to. I love his voice. :) William H. Macy has quite a few nude shots and he's got quite the six pack on him. He's in excellent shape. Wait until you see him. Woo Hoo. Who would have thunk, eh? If you get a chance, check this film out. You'll be glad you did.

This looks really good, Patt. How did you happen to catch it? Was it on TV or did you rent the DVD? (I loved the shot of Morgan Freeman putting his fingertips to his mouth. *g* And William H. Macy winding up at the bottom of the wall, saying, "I'm all right.")

We saw a preview on another DVD we had rented and Shannon and I said, "Let's get that." It was great fun. :>
