Dreaming of Sentinels

For the last five years I have a CT Scan done of my lungs every November. I have a very small nodule that they have been watching. I had it done two weeks ago and doctor said its worrisome. It changed in size. Something it's never done. He said first of all he wants an echocardiogram of my heart to be sure it's strong enough for a procedure to be done. They need a biopsy from my lung. They go down your throat and into the lung with a robot device. Sounded interesting but I'm really scared. You see I'm on oxygen 24 hours a day. He said they would watch me like a hawk and they do this surgery a lot. I'm nervous but I trust him. My daughter told me she doesn't want me to do it because she thinks something will happen to me. But the doctor said I really need the biopsy. Just writing this out, has helped. I think I'll do it if my heart doctor says it's a go. Hubby says he trusts the doctor also. It won't be till later after Christmas. I don't want to worry anyone over the holidays. Oh, by the way, I'm 73 years old if that matters. 😁❤️
