Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Roll-Ups

Some nights call for something creamy, comforting, and easy to share.
These shrimp roll-ups come out of the oven bubbling and golden, the kind of dish people keep reaching for until the pan is empty.

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Roll-Ups

Soft tortillas filled with creamy shrimp, baked until warm and melty, then brushed with gentle garlic butter.

📝 Ingredients

→ Shrimp Filling
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Roll-Ups
• 8 soft flour tortillas

→ Garlic Butter Topping
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp dried parsley

→ Optional Garlic Dipping Sauce
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

🍽️ How to Make It

1️⃣ Prep the oven
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish.

2️⃣ Make the creamy filling
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Gently fold in the chopped shrimp.

3️⃣ Fill the tortillas
Warm tortillas slightly so they bend easily.
Spoon shrimp filling down the center of each tortilla and roll up snugly.

4️⃣ Arrange
Place roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

5️⃣ Brush with garlic butter
Mix melted butter with garlic salt and dried parsley.
Brush generously over each roll-up.

6️⃣ Bake
Bake 18–20 minutes, until bubbly, lightly golden, and cooked through.

7️⃣ Optional dipping sauce
Melt butter over low heat.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.

Serve warm, with the garlic butter sauce on the side.
These disappear fast, so don’t plan on leftovers.
