Hoping for good news.

My dad is 87 years old and has emphysema, but other then that, he's in pretty good shape. He's had both knees replaced and is a fiesty old coot. He's funny and everyone is crazy about him. Well, he had to have a lung x-ray yesterday for his emphysema and they found a spot on his lung. They called and got him a cat scan appointment today first thing. No results yet. We kids are all hoping that it will be just fine, but doesn't stop us from worrying. My mother sounded scared when she talked to me. It's not an easy thing to hear about your dad when he's that age. I'll keep everyone posted. I'm hoping that it's just something that was on the film. Hey, I can hope for that.

Fingers crossed, but if it is something nasty it's been spotted early. That always helps.

That's right. Time to mend some of the problems, if there are any. I'll keep you posted.
