Gratitude Meme: Day 26

Day 26: Today I'm grateful that we got all of the roof estimates done and now just have to sit back and wait and see what the bank says about them. We're not paying for a new roof. It's as simple as that. We'll fix all of the things that need to be done in the house, but we're not putting a new roof on it. They're expansive. So if the bank wants to sell it, they're going to have to lower the price. Hopefully everything will go as planned and they will accept it. God, this is taking forever, but I'm also grateful that we weren't in a hurry.
