a Sentinel story where Jim cheats on Blair and it disturbed me to no end. In my Sentinel world, they love each other and they don't cheat. I just can't wrap myself around the idea and don't want to. I guess that's why I love happy endings. I like angst in a story, but I like to see something good come out of it. Does anyone else feel this way? Honestly, I can't see either of the men cheating on the other one. *sigh* I talked with a friend of mine and she read the same story and loved it. So I guess it might be just me. All alone out there with my loving JIm and Blair. LOL (Patt, they aren't real. Calm down.) I would like to see some opinions.

Well, I've written a story where Jim cheats on Blair - but I could only make it really short ( a set of five drabbles so 500 words), because even for me there is a limit as to how much angst I can stand. If the story you read is a recent one - I read it and enjoyed it, sure.

I guess it depends on your tolerance for dark fic and unhappy endings. Most of the time I want the happy ending, but just now and again I need some sour with my sweet. Some folks, of course, have different needs. :-)

Yup, different strokes for different folks and all that jazz. I'm actually glad we're not all alike. :)
