The weekend...

pattroseit seems as I grow older, the time goes by faster and I'm not real wild about that. *sigh* I worked non-stop on chores yesterday and plan on doing some more today. This house is going to look great when I'm done. I just hadn't been in the mood to clean lately. It wasn't bad, just dusty and picking up. I made it sound like it was a wreck. It's not. The weather is gorgeous. It was 78 degrees today and I loved being out in the sun and fresh air. It's supposed to drop to the high 60's for the next two days, but then back up to the 70s again. I love Arizona weather. :)
Today is our first grandson's birthday, he is 20 years old. I'm going to try and take some pictures of him and post them up later today. He chose shishkabobs for his dinner and chocolate cake for dessert. It'll be nice having Vincent and his girlfriend, Rikki over to the house. We totally enjoy being with them. :)
We're going to Texas for Christmas, so Vincent and Rikki are going to stay at our house and dog sit, house sit and take care of Shannon. She's still laid up with her leg. So at least we don't have to worry about the house, the dog or Shannon. :) Vincent is a very nice young man.
