My New Kitchen

It needs to be painted and Rod is putting in a built-in microwave above the stove. But otherwise, I like the kitchen pretty much, it's got enough room for the two of us. The second picture is the back of my fat butt and my real estate guy.

Nice! The kitchen is so bright and just right size. And look at all that space over the cupboards! Those are TALL ceilings! You could put in a whole 'nother row of smallish cupboards over those.
And the house pictures look nice, too. Big house. *Garage envy*

From the picture, it looks like your cabinets are the same shade as mine. There is a lot of space between them and the ceiling. And is that a pantry beside the fridge? Very nice!

Yes, it's a double door pantry that will hold tons of stuff. It's really nice. We won't be lacking room for groceries. Thank you for the congrats. :) We're very excited.

Lots of space for baskets and vases and all kinds of lovely things on the top of those cabinets. I miss that about my old house. ::Downside dusting the lovely stuff you put on the top*LOL Worth it though.

It has tons of possiblities. We've got alot of plans made for each room. :) It's going to be a great deal of fun. Can't wait to get started.

Oh Patt...I'm so behind on LJ that I didn't even realize that you had found a house. I'm so glad and it's really lovely. I know you guys will be really happy there. Where did you move to again?

Hi Suzi. :) It's in Tucson so not too far from where we were, but far enough. *g* There are a lot of things to do in the house, but we have plenty of time to do them in. Now we just have to wait for the April closing. It seems like it's taking forever. Did I mention that the house has over 2200 sq feet? And it's on a huge lot, so we can build a swimming pool next year. We're very excited. :)
