Sandburg might not be real tall, but the man is built solid, like a rock. He’s sturdy and strong, both in and outside of bed. He holds his own with everyone in Major Crime and always surprises someone. That’s him, my lover, my protector and my partner. Watching him talk with everyone is making me hard as a rock. He’s not the only solid thing around here. We need to go home soon. Let me grab my rock.
As we drive home I tell him about what I was thinking. He laughs and says he's not a rock, but he is. He finally lets me win an argument.
