I’ve just started something new. I’m reading fandom fic in fandoms I know nothing about. And I’m enjoying it. And I try to leave a comment for everyone I read. I’m much more daring now. I used to be so shy. Not any more.
That's awesome you're jumping into new fandoms. I truly appreciate your effort to leave comments for authors. I've heard too many writers who feel discouraged, lose motivation, and either stop writing or write less because of a (perceived?) lack of kudos and comments.
So interesting! I don't think I've ever read fan fic in a fandom I didn't know. Is it ever heard to follow stories without canon knowledge? I hope you're enjoying your discoveries! And very thoughtful of you to leave comments.
