I love your list of favorite things to do. I feel like maybe we're related somehow because it's pretty close to mine. I'm not such a great fan of cooking, but baking (especially bread) is my true passion. Thanks for sharing!

I love bread too. Especially eating it with a lot of creamy butter on it. 😁

I can’t think of anything that would interest me in Jericho fandom, but I loved the show itself, and not only watched the whole thing on my own, I re-watched it with my wife so we could share the moments.

My favorite lines:
Darcy Hawkins to her husband – “If she’s a threat to this family’s safety … you kill her.” (while making sandwiches for the kids)
Col. Thompson of the Texas Air National Guard (after shooting down the planes chasing Jake and Hawkins) – “Son, I don’t know what you're carrying, but whatever it is better be good, because I think I just declared war on Cheyenne.”

These lists are so much fun, aren't they? I'm enjoying checking them all out.

My favorite things to do all involve fandom. LOL. So how long have you been writing Sentinel now? There's something so familiar and comfortable about writing about the same characters for many years, don't you think? Like old friends, and easy to write. Doesn't happen with every one though, at least not for me.

I’ve been in the fandom for 25 years. I love these characters so much. I haven’t found anything new to work on. They are so easy to write. How long since Sentinel was your fandom. I seem to remember it was many years ago.

I was into Sentinel fandom from the beginning, back in 1996, starting with discussing the show with other fans on the Virgule email list. I spent so much time on the Sentinel mailing lists when they started, reading all the fanfic, and put out two fanzines. As obsessed as I was with the show though, I never felt like I could get inside the character's heads well enough to be very prolific, so I only ever wrote 17 fics. It was frustrating. It happens that way sometimes, though; it doesn't matter how much I love a show; some are easier for me to write than others. It stayed my main fandom until I got into Moonlight in 2007. I don't change fandoms very often. ;) I tend to have one per decade.

Yay! It's not common to find someone who even remembers that show, sadly. In some ways it's my favorite of all, because I had more fun (and was more creative) in that fandom than any other.
