The doctor said before they do an radiogram they wanted to get a closer look at things, so they are going to set up a CT scan. (They still haven't called to give me the day.) Then once that's done they'll figure out what to do. In the meantime, I'm calling my Internist that I go to and get a second opinion doctor. This one didn't really even want to do the test but my husband pointed out some things and he decided to make us happy I guess. I don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from his office or him. And for some reason he wanted to have a blood test for my kidney. Which I just had six weeks ago. Whatever.

How is everyone's week going? I know that Barb's (AgtSpooky) is going well. She's getting ready for another of her exciting trips.

Ah rats! It's great they're thinking things through, but it's no fun to be on the receiving end. Biggest of hugs, my love. I'm sure everything will work out fine xxx

It's not a bad test and if they find what they're looking for this way, more power to them. We'll see how it goes. I'm hanging in there.

I think the CT Scan is a good call. It might give them something more specific before you go for something more invasive.

I hope it all works out. It's hard when you go to a new doctor. They don't know you, you don't know them. It's just hard.

It's okay here, just hotter than all get out. It's the humidity that will do your head in.

Believe it or not, the humidity is awful here too. We have monsoon season for about 5 weeks out of the year and August is hard. You can't catch your breath sometimes. So I feel your pain. LOL

Yes, the CT scan is a good call, I think. Heck I don't know. But I'm going with the flow.

I hope you have better luck with the second doctor. You might also want to let your primary know why you want a second opinion. If you're not getting good vibes from the specialist and his office, go with your feelings and look for someone else.

*hugs*

I hope they do all these tests soon so you have some answers. I also hope the answers are good and any issues are easily sorted. *hugs*
