Today was our Anniversary.

Yippee, made it through another year. LOL This year it's 45 for us. Do you believe it? Because I can't believe we're that old. Geeze, where did the time go. That means, we've been together for 46 years. We were 16 when we met and it was love at first sight. He's a wonderful man and I'm blessed. A lot of husbands don't understand the fandom world and neither does Rodney, but he chooses to pretend he does. LOL He listens when I tell him about something that's happening on Live Journal or Facebook and he just smiles. I know how to pick a good one that's for certain. We had such a nice day and evening. We even watched two movies here at the house. St. Vincent and Lucy. Loved both of them, but especially, St. Vincent. You have to like Bill Murray, though. (We do.) It was such a sweet and cute film that sort of snuck up on us. We didn't expect to like it as much as we did. I recommend it to anyone that has a sense of humor and likes a little sad with the funny. Check it out.

I saw St. Vincent and liked it. I'm surprised it hasn't gotten more press and promotion. I think it's one of Bill Murray's best performances. I particularly liked the little boy, too.

Unfortunately, no, Patt. It's absolutely freezing here and only going to get worse this coming week. We've had snow on the ground for weeks because it can't get warm enough to melt!

He's a really good man, M. And he puts up with all my fandom stuff, so I couldn't ask for anyone better. :) He even asks questions sometimes when I don't mention it for a week or so. He'll ask who is writing anything new or what's happeninig with the Big Bang and so on. He's so cute. I know he doesn't care, really. LOL But it's nice that he asks me from time to time. We're going on that cruise in May and planning our next trip for Febr of 2016. We can't decide if we want to go to California or Texas. I know, not anything like the other. LOL
