I received such sad news today.

A friend from Nebraska, who I grew up with and our children grew up together lost her oldest daughter to Liver Cancer, today. They chose to take her off life support today, since it was Steph's favorite holiday. She always loved Fourth of July. She was the same age as our oldest daughter. 44, is just way too young My heart is broken for my friend, Peg, who has been by her side since November. She leaves behind four children and a wonderful husband and lot of nieces and nephews. She was even blessed with one grandson before she passed. He's four months old. Steph will be missed by all. Sad, sad, day.
