Something has come up...

and my brother has asked me to come to Albuquerque for awhile. From March 13th until the 31st. I can never say no to a man that would do anything for anyone else. So, I'll be down there helping mom and dad while he can't be. They have an addition built on to his house and he looks in on them every day and takes them out to eat at night. Now, something has come up and he needs my help. So, I will be traveling much of March, but my Big Bang duties are still going to be fine because I'm taking my laptop with me. Mom and dad go to bed really early, so it will give me something to do in the evenings.

I'm sure they'll be fine. DAn just doesn't like to leave them alone too long. Which is good. THey need to be social anyhow, so that means getting my pants beat off by both of them in cards. LOL We play 5000 Rummy and it's so much fun, but I rarely ever win.

The something is with my brother and he's fine. He has taken a project at work that takes about 14 hours a day and he has no time to check in on mom and dad. So instead of giving up the project, he asked me to come and do what he normally does. So all is good, just busy. Poor thing, he works so hard. He's a very religious man and we can't complain because God has been very good to him. Thank you for fretting over us. It's nice to know that my flist cares. :)

Yes, all is well, he just needs some help from time to time and I'm more then happy to do it for him. He's such a good guy, he deserves a break now and then.

It takes seven hours but I don't have to worry about that, because I'm flying. LOL It takes 55 minutes to get there. That's my idea of traveling to see mom and dad. :) Have a good week.
