My almost 22 year old grand-daughter made these blankets for us. They are so warm and cozy. She made one for her mom and one for me for Christmas. We celebrated Christmas on Thanksgiving because we could only be together at that time. Doesn't matter what day it is, anyhow. I sat with the blanket tonight and was all cozy warm while I watched a movie and almost fell asleep. Alexa loves making these blankets and they cost a little bit, because of all of the material it uses, but they are worth it. She even made one for Lisa, Duncan's Twin for me to give to her. We always do something with cows, so I had her make one with cow design on one side, (Black and white) and the other side was neon orange. It turned out great. And Lisa lives somewhere where it actually gets very cold, so it'll be nice for her.
PS: I forgot to mention that it's my daughter, Chris in the other picture. :) And also, did I mention that I'm an Arizona Cardinal fan? LOL In case you wondered what was on my blanket. It's my team.
Whoa!, it just hit me how much my daughter looks like my mother-in-law. Wow. I'll have to tell my mil so she can gloat. We have three children and none of them look like me or my husband. LOL
