Writer's checkpoint for Mini-bang

It's time for our writer’s checkpoint. At this time, you can tell us a little about your story, if it's going as well as you would like or if you need help in any way. You can also ask for a cheerleader if needed by commenting on this post or going to the cheerleader post you will find below. And let's not forget looking for a beta, if you don't already have one. Again, all you will have to do is comment on this post saying you’re looking for one. We will do everything within our power to help.

Just a quick reminder of the word count limit. It is up to 10,000 words. Please keep it under that.

Writers rough draft deadline is September 1, 2012. There will be no extensions to this deadline.
