I'm almost done!

pattroseI finished up all but three cards tonight, so I can easily do them tomorrow. My daughter Shannon and I wrapped all of the presents and got all of the boxes of shipping presents ready to go. We kicked ass and took names, I kid you not. I'm waiting to mail everything until the 28th, cards and presents alike. Then I can sit back and relax until it's time to bake the cookies for the neighbors. We're going to be gone for Christmas, so I have to do it way ahead of time. How exciting. Hubster said, "Wow, what happened to the scrooge I was married to?" He thinks he's so funny. *grin*
What I'm really looking forward to is THanksgiving dinner. Not too many people are coming, just family and we're excited about that. I have a lot of cooking and baking to do that day. But that's okay, because I love the smells in the house while you're baking and cooking turkey. Yum!
