Happy Birthday to one of my favorite people in the world. Yes, that's you, Ms. snailbones. I hope you have a wonderful day and year, starting off with a wonderful cake. But instead of cake this time, I found a birthday picture with a snail. So I'm a happy camper. :)

Going to Albuquerque to see my mom.

She's not doing really great. Or at least that's what my brother said. So I'm going to see her for five days. Rod's keeping track of Sam, school and after school. Lucky him, eh? They both promised me things would be fine while I was gone. I hope so. I've cooked meals ahead of time so they don't have to fend for themselves. God, I'm a good wife. LOL I'm going to miss all of you while I'm gone. I'm not taking my laptop, so I'll be without internet, I think. I might take my Kindle Fire, but it's not the same. WE'll see what I do when the time comes. Be well.
