I'm 'so' out of it.

My back is out, not me. I'm in a great deal of pain and I'm pissed that my back has decided to act up again. It's been like over a year since the last time it did this. Nothing beats a good back spasm. NOT! I'm going to go online and find some stories to read. I can sit in my office chair without much pain and read some Jim/Blair fun. Off to find some.
