Snowflake Challenge #2. Pets of Fandom

This is Dakota Rose. She is our 14 1/2 year old Labradoodle. She is such a mama’s girl. But we love her. We used to have another doodle named Lily Rayne. She passed away in early 2025. She was 15.

My favorite dog in fandom would be Diefenbaker from Due South.

She was white and nothing like Dakota. She was a bitch, but we sure miss her. Too quiet without her biitching about everything. LOL She passed a blood clot, or at least that's what they think. I didn't want to do an autopsy for her. She went fast. She stood up, fell to the ground and I held her for about ten minutes and she was gone. I want to go that way. (I'm serious.)

I think most of us would prefer to go like that - quick and painless!

Ava can get very bitchy if she thinks Milo is in 'her' spot. Of course 'her' spot changes from day to day!

Labradoodles are such cool looking dogs! And I love that your pets have middle names. So do mine!

People look at me like I'm nuts when I call her by both names. I did up puppy books, like baby books, and everything. Just like if they were human. What is your dog's name?

I have cats. Barry Benjamin (she's a girl) and Porch Cat (he's a boy). The cat I had before Barry (he passed away a few years ago) was Stuart Little.

Stuart Little, how cute and original. I liked that. Your cats have good names.

Dakota Rose is so cute! So sorry to hear about the loss of Lily Rayne. We would have them live with us forever if we could.

Dief is my favorite, too. Hands down.

Everyone is saying that about Dief. He made the show better.

Thank you for your kind words about Lily Rayne. She was a great dog and she is missed. I wish they could live another ten years after the 15.
