Did anyone watch Vampire Diaries tonight?

I just wanted to know if I was the only person out here who thought it sucked the big one. It was so bad in my eyes, that I'm never going to watch another episode again. I'm disappointed too because I love Vampire movies. Just not this show. I'm dying to hear if anyone else liked it. Hopefully I'm not the only unhappy one.

Didn't watch it, though was tempted to because the adverts looked good, but I'm not much of a vampire fan. Since you found it so bad, I won't bother tuning in next week to check it out. Thanks for the heads up!

I wasn't overly impressed with it ... I didn't realize it was going to be a teenage show - vampires in school sort of thing ... I might watch it again to see if it improves, but it will probably end up being one of those shows I'd watch just as filler if another show isn't on, if that

I did like Law and Order UK - having recognized a few of the actors on that show when I was flipping channels

I liked the movie Twilight even though it had a bunch of teens in it. I thought it was well done. But this one couldn't hold my interest at all. Bummer. I sure miss Moonlight. :(

I haven't watched it, Patt, but then I didn't watch Buffy either, so it could just be me. I really have no desire to relive angsty teen years vicariously.

Having said that, did you see the season finale of Royal Pains? I really loathed it. I'll give the second season a try, whenever it starts, but right now it's hanging by a thread.

It bothered me on a lot of levels. But like you, I'm going to give Season 2 a try. We'll see if it gets any better. You just never know. WE can hope.

Vampire Diaries sucked, pun intended. But it's on the CW so it's not unexpected that they took a sweet idea and made it into Vampire High. What a shame.

Did you like Moonlight when it was on. I loved it and was so upset when they cancelled it.

Moonlight was okay, but would've been better without the blond.

I'm not big into vampires, so it didn't bother me that it got axed. Still, it was 10 times better than the shows like Ghost Whisperer and Medium that are now on.

There's so little on now that I actually like to watch, that it's hardly worth paying the TV cable bill.

I don't like Ghost Whisperer but I love Medium. I own all of the seasons that are out for that one. I love it. :) Go figure.

I can't stand Medium. The actress makes me cringe every time she opens her mouth. JMO.

Funny how different things appeal or don't appeal to different people.
