I almost didn't do this,because I was scared to death. But my daughter talked me into it and the rest is history. LOL

I love meatloaf. I make it at least once a month, whether they want to eat it or not. LOL

I use spaghetti sauce for the liquid inside the meatload. Homemade,of course. LOL My Italian Gramma taught me. Just use egges,bread crumbs, Sauce and hamburger. Then the sauce all over the top of it as it cooks. Not too much sauce on the top, because you don't want it to be too gooey. I like it moist tho. It's great with baked potatoes for the side dish.

Regular meatloaf, I just use ketchup, eggs, bread crumbs and top it with a little ketchup. It's good with mashed potatoes and gravy. :)
