my sister is coming on Friday and so is our daughter Chris and her daughter, Alexa. (Son-in-law is in Singapore) So we're going to have all three bedrooms full. :) My sister is just staying until Sunday morning, but Chris is staying until Thursday morning. I wish it was longer.

I have to do something wild and crazy later today, like clean. Can you imagine? LOL I hate cleaning. The house isn't even that dirty, but I just have to force myself to tidy things up. What a pain.

We're having Ham for Xmas dinner, Alexa picked Christmas menu this year.

Our Grandson, Vincent got his first car yesterday and was quite excited about it. It's a 1995 Infinity G20. All leather seats and very nice shape for what he paid for it. Now we hope to see him more. :)

Is everyone busy with baking and cooking things for the holidays? I hope everyone has a great time.

Hugs, Patt

Oh, it's so nice to have whole family for holidays! Here, in Russia, we usually celebrate New Year Eve instead of Christmas. In our family we spend it in our country house with our friends. Last year there were more than twenty peope! And we have special theme games (last year we played "The Three Musketeeres", I was Portos :) and our father was Aleksander Dumas :) and so on, this year we are planning Indians/pirates party).

Best wishes to your family!

Yay! for Vincent! I wish Chris was staying longer. But it's going to be a good Christmas. No baking or cooking so far. I might get weird and bake some snickerdoodles, we'll see.

Good morning, Missy. How are you feeling today? I hope better. Yes, baking is always good. We're going to make something, I just don't know what yet. :)

Sounds like you'll have a lovely houseful! That's great!

We already had our daughter and s-i-l here for our little Xmas. We'll see our son when he comes to visit his first niece/nephew in January.

It will be a very quiet Christmas Day for us this year.

Have fun! *g*

I like the quiet ones too, it gives you time to think about what all you have to be grateful for. I'm so happy that you'll see your son in January. ENjoy. Merry Christmas.

Thanks so much! =>}

I've never wanted a quiet Christmas. It's always been a time full of family, so this one will take some getting used to. The very first time we haven't travelled to my mother's and therefore also visited with my brother and his family and often my sister and hers.

The times, they are a changin'. Not for a happy reason, but we shall begin new traditions. Having our first grandchild with us next Christmas will be wonderful. New life after so much mourning helps a lot.
