Have I mentioned I hate changes????

Well I do. First the Icon Community that I belonged to went on hiatus and it never came back. Then I finally got used to a new one and the rules keep changing, and this week, there are going to be icons from SGA. I absolutely dislike (I'm trying not to say hate) SGA with a passion. And did I mention I hate changes? I know everyone else loves the show, so I just better get over it, but it's not supposed to have SGA in it. *sigh* It must be time for my nap. LOL I'm grouchy as can be. I need to get out and find some good Firefly Icon lists. I wonder if there is such a thing. I would like to see icons for Firefly now and then. I also would love to see some for Due South. Does anyone know of communities that have these two shows in it?

Okay, I'm done bitching for tonight. I think I need more meds. LOL

I'm the same way. I guess the whole change for change sake just doesn't work for me. Even something small can put me in a black mood for days.

I mean, a perfect example for me is that the local cable company changed the TV schedule menu to the TV GUIDE and I hate it. The colors are too bright and they don't give complete info like the old one did, with titles and such. I like to sit down and write down what I plan to record/watch a week ahead of time and now I can't seem to do that. Boo hiss.

So, see something small can just send me into a tizzy. It's definitely not just you.

The only thing I like about Rodney is his name. That's hubster's name too. LOL And hubster watches SGA and likes it. It's just me that doesn't. I think I'm the only person in the world that doesn't watch it and like it. LOL I'm doing fine, Annie. I just don't do change well. Part of life and all that jazz.

I know of lots of DS communities; this evening I'll try to make a list and e-mail it to you (I'm at the public library right now looking for a job. Rather, I will be looking for a job once I review my flist!)

DH loves both SG-1 and SGA. I don't dislike either, but keep forgetting to watch, or can't be bothered once they're on. I liked SG-1 a lot better in the earlier seasons and feel like it ran too long. (*gasp!* That's like SG blasphemy among my fannish friends! *g*)

I didn't even watch season 9 and 10 of SG1. It did run too long and that's too bad. Due South didn't run long enough and neither did Firefly. Go figure. :)

SGA is only in this one challenge - *grin* there are more than enough SGA icon comms out that I don't need to add it to mine - and so sorry you're not happy with the other changes. That's life, though. :(

Aly, it's part of being bipolar. You just can't seem to get used to changes. :( Dang it anyhow. It's all good. I just need to relax a little and try and go withh the flow. (Oh yeah, I see me doing that, big time.) LOL And yes, life is changes, but I just wish I could take them better. Sorry about the whining.

I'm not thrilled with change either, Patt, and I can get real pissy about it.

As for SGA, kouros3 got me into watching it, and I pretty much enjoyed the first two seasons, but Season 3 started turning me off. Too many antagonists, leaving the situation looking absolutely hopeless. There's enough of that in RL; I can't deal with it in my television shows. Shallow, but what can I tell you? *wry grin*
