Now, how does a person expect to be able to use their brain when it's that hot. My brain shuts down as soon as I get outside. LOL It's as good an excuse as any. :) Everyone says it's a dry heat, so it's not soooooo bad. Well, no it's not, I guess, but things start on fire easier, like your hair. LOL

Have a great weekend, everyone.

Hugs, Patt

Wow and it's only June. Be sure to stay inside and cool. That kind of temp is dangerous.

You have a great weekend, too.

We're really worried about how hot the summer season is going to be. Thank god for air conditioning, eh? I walked down to the mailbox and about had heat stroke. I'm taking it easy from now on.

Do you have any plans for the weekend? We're having five friends over for a card night and dinner, so that'll be fun. Again, thank god for air conditioning. :)

Yeah, this has been a god awful summer so far. My grass is all brown. I'm watering my flower beds and pots like crazy, but nothing's doing that great. I'm even watering my spruce tree and my bushes. We not only have heat but drought, too, and that's not our usual summer at all. I worry.

And, yes, thank goodness for a/c.

I've got no plans for the weekend except to watch Poirot and Midsomer Murders on Biography channel, stay cool, read, and just enjoy myself.

Still hoping for rain here.

Hi,

Just started walking through your site from the Sentinel Thursday link - I don't know how you survuve Az heat for so many months but then I am more of a snow bird anyway. I can't believe how much writing you did for moonridge - the dedication of so many LJers to that effort is astonishing.

I'll just wander around and enjoy myself for a bit - thanks!

Roslyn

Welcome and stay as long as you like. My LJ is fairly boring. LOL Not like some that are exciting and keep you hopping. It's nice to have new people stop by now and then. Thank you. :) And we sometimes wonder why we stay in ARizona too, because it is rather warm. LOL But we get used to it as the summer goes along and it's not so bad. We have a lot of snowbirds here in the winter. :)
