Has anyone seen The Holiday?

Chris and I went to see this movie while we were in Texas and it's such a feel good movie, I think everyone would like it. But then again that's just me. :) What's not to like about Jude Law? I just adore that man. He has the most beautiful eyes and the rest of him isn't hard to look at either. LOL Go see it everyone and then we can all talk about it here. :)

Sorry, I haven't seen it and probably won't. As much as I love Jude Law, I abhor Jack Black. I can't imagine him in an romanic comedy, a genre I'm not overly fond of anyway.

I'm not wild about Jack Black either. I only went because Chris wanted to see it. But it was a nice change of pace for him. Something totally different that he's never done before. And also, he's not in it as much as Jude Law either. LOL

I might get it when it comes out on DVD, then I can fast forward through the Black parts. Darn theaters won't let you do that. *g*

I adore Jude Law too! He is so beautiful and talented it's unreal. I admire the roles he takes and here, he takes on a romcom. I can't stand Jack Black and am not a fan of romcoms, but Jude Law can make me watch anything. Jude in The Holiday made it all worth it, even sitting through the annoying Jack Black and Winslet's pathetic drippiness. Jude and Cameron Diaz sparkled together, such charm and verve and sexiness. I'd like to see if those two could work out their long-distance relationship.
