4.    Are there opportunities to go walking where you live? Do you take advantage of that?

Yes, we have a wonderful park near our house that has a 1-4 mile walk. You choose the one you want to go on. We do walk when I'm up to it. I prefer to swim. It's easier on my lungs, believe it or not.

Yes they are. And the one near our house has a pool that opens in May.

Se eu quiser posso caminhar daqui até a cidade mais próxima de tanto que a caminhada é algo normal por aqui. Poucos são os que tem carro ou moto. Caminhar ou pedalar é algo mais normal, do que ir dirigindo ou pilotando.
