23. The pirate William Kidd was born this month in 1645. Have you read Treasure Island?

When I was a kid I read it but I don’t remember it at all. I mean I know it’s about pirate ships and such. Never got into the story. Do you like pirate stories or movies with pirates?

Never read it. I think one of my son's has a copy. I will have to borrow it.

I don't think I read it, but I loooove Our Flag Means Death. That's the kind of pirate content I can appreciate.

What is Our Flag Means Death? Book or series or movie?

It was a series on HBO/Max. Unfortunately cut short but very funny and very queer.

Yes it should still be on HBO. Give it a try! The episodes are very short regardless, but if you like fun pirate stuff that's a good one.
