9. What time do you usually get up and go to bed each day?

I get up between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. I got to bed between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. I sleep anywhere from five to seven hours. It depends on how I feel. For example, this morning I couldn't calm down, so I was up until almost six. I got up 3 1/2 hours later. Now and then I take a gummy and sleep for 7-9 hours. I just don't want them every night. I'm dying to read if anyone else sleeps as I do.

Wow, although years ago when I spent a short time living with my grandmother I remember her telling me that the older you get the less you sleep at night. Do you have an afternoon nap?
I go to bed early (8pm!) and then I get up at 6am, which gives me a bit of alone time before children wake up. Although two of them are teenagers so don't get up very early anymore.

That's interesting. I hate napping during the day. I only do it if I'm ill.

We always went to bed every night at 11 (right after Lawrence O'Donnell), but after I fractured my right femur, we started going to bed at 10, which we still do. We get up around 6.

That's not to say I get 8 hours of sleep. My brain makes me crazy, and for the longest time I had trouble falling asleep, often still being awake two to three hours later. My doctor finally suggested I take one gabapentin, 300 mg. Not wanting to rely solely on that, I also take two acetaminophen PM, which I've found helps.

Getting older sucks, Patt. Take care of you. *hugs*

I can't imagine staying up that late; my brain turns off. Our times are almost opposite - I'm usually in bed by 8:30pm and up by 5am (on Pip's work days).

I tried gummies once, but they weren't consistent; either they didn't help at all or they made me feel weird (dizzy).

Generally, I get to bed around midnight and wake around seven. But there are times when that skews by a couple of hours. If I start reading or can't go to sleep, it might be 2 am before I drop off, but I still wake up around 6:30 or 7. I'll often stay in bed until 8:30 though and do some reading before I get up and start the day. I rarely ever stay in bed passed 8:30. And I'm not a napper, either.

During the week I go to bed at 1am and wake up at 8, and on the weekends I go to bed at 5 or 5:30am and wake up whenever. My alarm is set for 1pm, but sometimes I'm up by 10am.

Same, I like it because I know I'm not going to get any phone calls from people asking me to do things!
