Trick or Treat...

Rod, Shannon and Samantha just went trick or treating and I'm holding down the fort, giving out candy. So far a lot of kids have come out. People used to be nervous, but I think now it's a little easier. Sam looked darling. I'll post a picture of her later so you can all see our little fairy. LOL The kids are all very polite except for one teenage boy who was a butt head and I told him I was going to tell his mom. LOL He doesn't know that I don't know her. *g* Hope you're all having a good Halloween.

The kids were darling tonight and this one kid dressed as a mustard bottle came back for seconds. I called him "Mr. Mustard" and warned him about triple helpings!

The weather was beautiful. 75 degrees when the sun went down, so it was really a nice night for trick or treating. We've never gotten so many kids as we did tonight. I ran out of candy and had to shut the porch light off. It was weird. Sam had a wonderful time and Grampa did too.

Same thing here. I'm never run out of candy before and I started with five bags of suckers.

They came in swarms, the little goblins, 7 and 8 at a time, starting before dark and going until nearly 8.

I know the kids have fun, but I'm glad it's over. It made my poor dogs nervous.
