Pineapple upside down cake was the first cake I learned how to make. (No mixes in sight.)

I don't bake much. I usually make things like Irish Coffee fudge.

Great ideas for lists!

Tiramisu is amazing, depending on where it's from. The first time I ever had it was in Little Italy in NYC, and... that's hard to beat.

I love Three Sentence Ficathon! It's so much fun. I remember when Fandom Empire first started, it looked like so much fun I wanted to participate, but never did. I've never done Small Fandom Big Bang, but I'm working on my story for Small Fandom Fest as we speak.

I love tiramisu and hot fudge sundaes! And chocolate chip cookies are the best. I haven't had a Bailey's Irish Cream cookie but it sounds delicious. Now I'm going to have to look up a recipe and try to make some. :D

For Christmas we made Bailey’s Irish Cream chocolate chip cookies and we made mudslide double chocolate chip cookies. It calls for Kalua. They are delicious. We just found the recipes online. Went to google and it found them for me. Enjoy.
