Snowflake Challenge #1

Hi, I'm PattRose. Ive made some incredible friends on DW and Snowflake Challenge. I always look for new friends. I am 73 years old. I can't believe it either.

This is my third year. I love this community. I always hope to see someone interested in the same fandoms that I write in. Here is a list of my fandoms.

Something else about me, is I write Children's books. I have four published and working on six more. It's so much fun.

I love Murder She Wrote, but I've only read one or two fics, and they were crossovers. I've been batting around an idea of writing a crossover of my own, though. It would be Teen Wolf, too, since that's my main fandom.

Due South is such a great fandom. Many wonderful stories have been written in that fandom. *happy sigh*

I don't really do anything fannishly with Murder, She Wrote, but it's a show I sure have loved for a long time!

I want to read that when you're finished. I am looking forward to it. I've only read two teen wolf stories. I need to start reading them. The fan base is huge. I love the Due South icon. As I mentioned, I am working on six books for children right now. It's such fun. My darling great-grandchildren all love my books. My grandchildren are all grown up. I will watch for word on the crossover. 😁

I don’t talk about it too much. I love writing children’s books. I try them out on my grandkids and great grandkids. They’re my guinea pigs.

Most. People laugh. It is funny to be in a fandom that revolves around slash fiction. I really love writing children’s books. I love Due South. Well, reading anyhow. I have a friend that writes Due South and her work is excellent. Her name is Grey853 on AO3. I love everything she writes.

I love seeing older people in fandom; it seems like one of the few places we are welcomed and appreciated for our experience. Congratulations on the children's books! That is a great accomplishment! I really look forward to your Snowflake challenge posts!
