What I’m doing on Sunday.

Some of my grandchildren are coming over and we are baking from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. we’re all looking forward to it. We’re making cookies, Christmas breads, fudge, and tons of other things. We’re all so excited. It ought to be tons of fun. I get along well with my daughter-in-law so that works. My son might even come. Is everyone baking or not so much?

Wow, that's a long day of baking! I couldn't do it. I'd tap out at 2 or 3 hours, lol. Sadly I don't do any baking, so I have to live vicariously through other people. :)

Well, that’s the plan. I might not make it that long. But also the grandkids have tons of energy. We can take, breaks. I have some delicious new recipes to try. We go up and down the street sharing with wonderful neighbors. I love doing it. Great fun is had by all.

Sadly there's no baking for me. I can't have any sweets because of my gout and diabetes. Plus, most of my family lives far away. I miss my Christmas cookies, but I like walking more.

I'm taking a break from writing every day. I have a short Christmas story coming up, but the alphabet series might not show up again until after the New Year.
