The woman that sold us Lily, our labradoodle a year ago, called and asked us if we would consider taking in an eight month old labradoodle. She's brown, where our Lily is chalk colored. Her name is Abby and she weighs 16 pounds and she is more or less full grown. So she is much smaller than our Lily, who weighs 34. She's high strung, like our Lily is, but we were thinking that might work out. They could wear each other out every day and that might help in the long run. So as of April 1st, we're going to have our new addition, Abby join the family. Anyhow, Linda had saved Abby to breed, but she's just too nervous for that. Our Lily is a nervous nelly also but it doesn't bother any of us. She's a good dog and super good with Samantha, who dresses her up every single night. LOL See the icon. It looks like we're going to have two dogs in the family and we've never done that before. I see people post about their animals and they have more than one and they seem to do just fine. So, please keep us in your thoughts on April 1st when we try and make this transition as easy for as possible for Abby. We choose the name Abby, her real name is Laverne and I wouldn't do that to the pup. LOL I think Abby is cute. I've always liked that name. OKay, I'm done with my newsflash.
