Today was the day.

I had the dreaded Colonoscopy today and I was up at 3:00 being nervous about it. I hate being that nervous, but what can you do, eh?

I had one 10 mm sessile polyp, one 7 mm sessile polyp in the descending colon, one 7 mm sessile polyp in the rectum and one 7 mm polyp in the rectum. Now we just have to await the polyp results, other than that, everything looked good. I was awake during the entire thing and found it very fasinating. I spotted each of the polyp's before he grabbed them and took them out. LOL This is so me. LOL Now it's over with and if everything is good with those polyp's, I don't have to have one for another three years. I really disliked the stuff you have to drink before hand. YUCK YUCK YUCK.

Rod spent the whole day with me, as he was told I might be lightheaded and weak. He laughed when they said it and said, "She stayed awake during the procedure, do you really think she's going to wuss out on us now?" LOL

Oh and I have pictures of the polyp's. Is that cool or what? So I guess if you had friends over you could grab them and show them off. Bahahahahahahahaha.

Keep good thoughts for the Polyp results, k?

Be well everyone,
Patt

Definitely good thoughts for the results, Patt.

I've been having colonoscopies since '92, and they wouldn't let me watch. :-\

I've found the prep to be the worst of it, and after the first time, I refused to drink that stuff. Now I take pills and drink lots and lots of water. The pills are huge, but they get the job done. ::sorry::

I want those pills next time

I'm asking for those pills next time. LOL Thanks for telling me and thank you for the good thoughts. :)
