For the last 5 weeks she has been seeing three doctors for breathing problems and sleep apnea. They have been dragging their feet and when Vincent woke up she blue lipped and gone. They never even got her a cpap let alone oxygen. Hers had been dipping all the time. Themy ignored her and now she’s gone.
