Up to page 44 now...

this is going rather well. I'll probably finish it in my spare time in New Mexico if I have any. I love when a story almost writes itself. This one has been so good to me. :) Yay! I leave in two days and I haven't even started packing yet. *sigh* Tomorrow we're looking at more houses because we didn't get the one we put the offer in on. What a pain in the butt. Keep your fingers crossed, okay?

Have a good weekend, everyone.

Hugs, Patt

The house for your daughter fell through? Ah, if that's true I'm sorry to hear it. Good luck, and go you for your nimble typing fingers.

After all that time and effort put into it, they wouldn't pay nany of the new roof that was needed, so we walked. It wasn't meant to be. WE've got a few today that look promising.

You didn't get the house after all? Just because of the problem with the roof? Oh, no!

Hope you do get some time to write when you're in New Mexico.

I didn't realise the house sale had fallen through. I'm sorry about that. Good luck for next time!

The roof was going to cost 6,674 dollars and we were already at the top of our limit, so we wanted them to at least split it with us. They wouldn't deal with us at all. So we walked. Bummer.

Yeah, they wanted us to pay for the roof, which was expensive and they didn't want to help at all. So we figured, to hell with them and we walked.
