There always has to be something, right?

I noticed a blister type lump on the side of my tongue over three weeks ago. I went to the doctor on Tuesday and he said I have to see a specialist, because he wants to be sure it's nothing bad. Geeze, I don't want it to be anything bad either. I'm hoping there is some simple explanation for it and this new doctor finds it out. The soonest I could get it was the 19th. So until then, I just wait. I keep waiting for the cyst-type lump to leave, but it's not. I need this like another hole in the head. I've got so many things on my mind for this coming up week that it will probably be good. I don't want to sit and fret over something that will probably turn out to be simple to explain. Gosh, I always have such good things to share on facebook, don't I? LOL

On a happier note, I finished both of my Sentinel Big Bang stories and I think they're the best that I've ever written. To some, this won't seem like a very good endorsement, but for me, it's super-cool. I'm so happy to have them done and out of the way. :)

Have a great weekend, everyone.

Hugs, Patt

Gee, I'll keep my fingers crossed and it's good that you went to the doctor about it.

And congrats on finishing TSBB.

Thank you, Laurie. How is your story coming along?

Well, I actually have two, since the timing worked out for one that I'd written a while ago, but hadn't gotten beta'ed. It's beta'ed now, and I'm just going through it for revisions before I send it to the Moonridge winner. Mag 7/TS sentinels are known bonding fic, 71,000 words. Still have to come up with a title.

The other one, the one I signed up to do,(AU, sequel to A Sea Change) is at 9,000 words, and about half done. I was working on it today, but I'm going to have to stop and clean the house. We've got friends coming from out of state to stay with us for tonight through Monday morning.

Anyway, take care of that tongue.

I like crossovers with Mag7. Can't wait to read it. And I'm really looking forward to the Sea Change one. That's going to make everyone happy to see. Even though it's going to be angsty. Have fun with your friends. :)
